A.r.t. Wilson – Overworld

The underrated sophomore release from new age composer Jordan De La Sierra, Valentine Eleven “explored notions of new biology, quantum alchemy, modern chemistry, and relativity, all with a message to unite the world with love.” The album is a favorite of Chicago’s Numero Group and included in their Numero 95 ™ : Virtual Experience Software compilation which brings together smooth jazz and new age from the late ’80s and ‘90s early digital age. “Abi-Yo-Yo (The Best Of All Worlds)” and “Nimbu Pani (The Lemon-Water Song)” are the cuts here – both featuring gorgeous, balearic vocals alongside drum machine beats and catchy synthesizer melodies.
