Klaus Schønning – Nasavu
Cosmic / balearic synth explorations from Danish keyboard maestro Klaus Schønning. While not as popular or deep as his debut Lydglimt, Schønning’s third studio album Nasavu is still quite a pleasant listen with a few really gorgeous cuts. It gets a bit too prog synth rock at times… Schønning’s melodies and playing really shines when the arrangements are kept simple. A2 “Pyxis” might be our favorite out of the bunch with its slow and mellow vibe, lush chords, and electronic wind instrument solos.
