Unstern – Es Geht Der Tag

Es Geht Der Tag (The day goes) is a set of contemporary devotional music composed with a mixture of ancient and modern tools: two pianos, bowed percussion, strings, organ, field recordings, and electronics. Slow moving progressions built on ambient loops meet the traditional instruments at the alter as the music gradually builds from a murmur upwards to a full-on angelic hymn.
