LA-based harpist, composer, multi-instrumentalist Nailah Hunter joins us for the second edition of our collaborative series with Open.
Join Open and In Sheep’s Clothing for a one-of-a-kind mindfulness experience.
Open teachers Tara Zinnamon and Lihi Benisty will take us through a practice blending movement, meditation and breathwork, live scored by multi-instrumentalist and composer Nailah Hunter and saxophonist Henry Solomon. Through music, the body and the breath, we will cultivate a sense of grounding, opening us up to radiant creativity.
