Paradise 3001 – Sunspots

Released on the famous Dutch underground techno label ESP, Sunspots is an ambient / trance/ chill/ space/ dub classic from Aad De Mooy (aka Paradise 3001, Interface, and Time Warp) that still very much holds up today. Certainly connected to the chill-out room sounds of Mixmaster Morris, Jonah Sharpe, and those fantastic Ambient Dub Big Chill compilations, Paradise 3001’s Sunspots brings a bit more of the Dutch trance flavor into his atmospheric productions with hypnotic 303 acid lines and tribal grooves.
