The Space Lady

South London community-come-club night, record label, NTS Radio staple, concert series and creative studio Touching Bass presents Soon Come, a landmark compilation celebrating the talents of their now intercontinental musical community. Featuring tracks from Chicago/New York’s keiyaA, Stones Throw’s DJ Harrison, Ben Hauke, Ego Ella May, recent WARP signee Nala Sinephro, Melo-Zed, Hiatus Kaiyote’s Clever Austin, Wu-Lu, Demae and more, Soon Come covers a broad spectrum of “now” sounds including experimental pop, techno, ambient, modern hip-hop, soul, and r&b. There’s not a dull moment across the album’s 22 tracks with both live instrumentation and electronic textures throughout along with day (home listening) and night (club/dance) sides. No surprise though – London has always paved the way forward in music and it truly feels like you’re opening up an entire world of listening here. We highly recommend checking out the Touching Bass NTS show for more!
