The listener-funded non-profit radio station will host a patio and dancefloor party at Zebulon in Frogtown.

Our good friends at dublab continue their annual tradition with a 22nd anniversary party at Zebulon showcasing resident DJs and its community of local musicians and bands. This fundraiser event takes place every year to celebrate the station’s beginnings back in 1999 as one of the pioneers of online radio. We’ve been to quite a few of these over the years and they’ve definitely been some of the most memorable community-driven events in Los Angeles.

As a listener-funded non-profit radio station, over the years dublab has become a cultural institution in Los Angeles, using radio to foster a creative community of music lovers, musicians, and DJs that has expanded to affiliate stations in Japan, Spain, Germany and Brazil.

The team behind In Sheep’s Clothing will be playing DJ sets along with Aura T-09, Damar Davis, Gay Felony, Lara Sarkissian, Dara Genesis, séverine, DJ Ariana, Starcrossed, Juke Bounce Werk, Encarnación, Suzanne Kraft, Aaron Paar, Hoseh, Randy Ellis, The Alaia and Ryan Moore. There will also be live performances by Pacoima Techno + Soltera, Sharada Shashidar + Jamael Dean, Host Family, BELI, Thalma de Fretas + Ana Barreiro, Lionmilk Quartet and more to be announced.
