The debut album by sisters Maggie, Terre and Suzzy Roche from Park Ridge, New Jersey is a cult classic folk rock album produced by King Crimson’s Robert Fripp. Across ten tracks, the highly original and versatile vocal trio weave through “barbershop harmonies, traditional Irish melodies, doo-wop, bee bop and a dozen other styles into a sound wholly their own on their acclaimed.” A2 “Hammond Song” is The Roches defining track and would later be sampled by The Avalanches on “We Will Always Love You” which featured Blood Orange.
