In Sheep’s Clothing is collaborating with Port Sa’id to open a new space in New York City

Coming soon to Lower Manhattan, the new space will include a listening bar, record store, restaurant, and record library.
We are excited to announce a collaboration with one of the earliest inspirations for In Sheep’s Clothing. Coming soon, In Sheep’s Clothing will be opening a new listening bar location alongside the launch of Port Sa’id NYC. Located in Lower Manhattan, the shared-space will serve as a hub for music lovers featuring a listening bar, record store, restaurant, and in-house record library with guest selectors sharing favorites each day of the week.
For those unfamiliar, Port Sa’id is a restaurant and bar located in the coastal city of Tel-Aviv serving dishes from iconic chef Eyal Shani alongside local and international sounds from their record library on a custom-built sound system. We first encountered the vibrant, community-driven music & food scene happening there back in 2014, years before we opened our first listening bar in the Arts District.
In the following weeks, we’ll be sharing more from Port Sa’id and the community they’ve built around their various institutions in Tel Aviv including Teder FM, Romano, Kissa, Nuweiba Records, and Club Rafi.
